Because most of our items are anime merch and artist-designed fan products, many are made in small batches or printed on demand. For that reason, we keep our return policy simple and fair.
What can be returned
We’re happy to help if:
· You received the wrong item, or
· Your item arrived damaged or defective
If that happens, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and include:
· Proof of purchase (Your order number or receipt)
· A clear photo of the issue
If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, no worries.
What can’t be returned
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:
· Change of mind
· Size issues (please double-check sizing charts before ordering)
· Items that were used, washed, or worn
· Fan products or custom/print-on-demand items without defects
Refunds & replacements
· Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
· Processing time may take a few business days after approval
· In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund (we’ll always confirm with you first)
