Returns
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please contact us through our Contact page within 5 days of delivery. If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
